Mr Yeow Chee Keong, is an approved licensed Income Tax Agent and Goods and Services Tax Agent by Ministry of Finance. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Associate Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). He has more than 20 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory matters for corporate and personal tax clients.

His experience covers both tax compliance and advisory works across a wide spectrum of industries for both multi-national as well Malaysian companies.

He has been involved in engagements concerning various aspects of corporation and personal matters, including advising on tax structures for inbound investments, corporate restructuring schemes, maximizing tax incentives, transfer pricing reporting, effective employee remuneration packages, capital statements for tax investigation and tax due diligence review.

Madam Tang Sook Kuen, is a member of Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Members of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Associate Member of The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia and Approved Company Auditor and Goods and Services tax agent licensed by the Ministry of Finance.

She is currently the managing partner of her own audit firm, Shirley Tang & Associates and also an Independent Non-Executive Director in one of the public listed company as the Chairperson of Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.

She has extensive audit experience in wide range of industries as well as practical experience in commercial accounting.
